Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your Kapeesh Ayurved orders across India — including timelines, charges, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

This Shipping Policy describes the terms under which Kapeesh Ayurved (“Kapeesh Ayurved,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and delivers orders placed through our website. It applies to all orders placed on our website and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

We currently ship within India only. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of successful order placement and payment confirmation.
  • “Business days” means Monday to Saturday, excluding public and national holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Some orders may require additional verification (for example, to confirm address or payment details), which can extend processing time.

Shipping Timeline

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines within India are:

  • Metro & major cities: approximately 3–5 business days.
  • Other towns & remote areas: approximately 5–8 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your delivery location and order value and are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[free-shipping-threshold]. Orders below this value may attract a nominal shipping fee.
  • Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may attract additional delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes, subject to courier coverage.
  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply and, if so, will be displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for certain products, order values, or locations, or where we suspect misuse.

Delivery Partners

We fulfil deliveries through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability and timelines depend on the courier’s network coverage for your location. We select partners based on reliability and reach, but the final delivery is carried out by these third parties.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch as the courier updates its system.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delivery timelines are estimates and delays may occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural events.
  • Courier or transport strikes and operational disruptions.
  • Festive-season or high-volume periods.
  • Regional restrictions, or other force majeure events.

We will not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances, but our team will assist you in following up with the courier wherever possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code and contact number, at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply before we dispatch the order again.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may attract additional shipping charges, or to process a refund as per our applicable policies.

Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

We take care to pack every order securely. On delivery, please inspect your package before accepting it.

  • If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept it, or note it with the delivery agent where possible.
  • Report any damaged, missing, or tampered items to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos and/or a video of the package and products to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

International Shipping

At present, Kapeesh Ayurved ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We may introduce international delivery in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly if and when such services become available.

Non-Serviceable Locations

Delivery to certain pin codes may not be possible due to courier network limitations or regional restrictions. If your location is not serviceable, this will usually be indicated at checkout. In some cases, we may contact you after order placement to arrange an alternative or to process a refund.

Order Refusal Rights

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, placed for a non-serviceable location, or otherwise in breach of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded as per our applicable policies.
